I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and made it easy for me to walk to the main attractions of the city, such as the Duomo and the castle. It was also very close to the metro, convenient for getting around. The room itself was beautiful, with a smart TV and a comfortable bed. The area felt safe and I couldn't hear any noise from outside at night.

The location of the hotel was great, just a short walk from the city center, making it very convenient to explore and enjoy the New Year festivities. the reception staff were cheerful and helpful, providing a warm welcome and assisting with any queries or requests. Lastly, one of the best aspects was the fresh orange juice served during the continental breakfast, a refreshing and delicious start to the day.

The room and its facilities fell well below a standard expected from a higher-starred hotel. The room was cramped, with limited space for luggage and a small desk.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is perfect for exploring all of the major attractions in the city. It's conveniently situated just opposite tram 16, which will take you directly to the famous Duomo. The area surrounding the hotel is vibrant and central, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars to choose from.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city. The professionalism, comfort, and quality services provided here are definitely worth experiencing.

The hotel is also very close to the metro, which made getting around even easier. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was also well-maintained. The staff provided good service and the breakfast had a variety of options. The hotel also offered parking facilities, which was a plus.

The noise from outside, such as the sound of crates being moved, disrupted our sleep on several occasions.

The hotel's location near Cadorna station was extremely convenient for exploring the city. It was within walking distance to all central sights and there were many restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, thanks to a free upgrade, and everything was clean. The receptionist, Davide, was exceptionally helpful and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel provided a good base for our family with two small kids to enjoy our visit to the city.
